Anyone else having problems with eBuyer?

""
Is there any reason why, even though I paid an extra £10.57 on Friday
to have Next Working Day delivery (that means it's being delivered
today...) that my item has still not been posted from eBuyer?!

I phoned your call centre on Friday who said my order had been
allocated and would be posted to arrive Monday. According to your
website you still have 98 in stock.

Can you please explain WHY, after I've paid £10.57 to get an item
delivered today and WHY after I chased this with your call centre who
assured me it would arrive today you still haven't posted it?

I do trust you'll be refunding your overzealous Shipping & Handling
charge?

I've been an eBuyer customer for a number of years but in recent
months the quality of service does seem to have taken a bit of a
nosedive. Last month I had a faulty memory module delivered with a
new computer and when it was finally replaced you posted it via the
slowest delivery method possible, even though I'd originally paid for
next day delivery. No refund on that either.

What is going on with you these days?

Did NTL/Telewest/Virgin-we-are-sinking-fast-media buy them recently?
I blame Branson anyway.
